We dined like kings (or monks 😉 ) tonight on this magnificent ravioli. Here’s a loose recipe:
Cook one pack of meat ravioli as described on the package. Once cooked, remove the pasta to a serving bowl, keeping some of the pasta water with the ravioli. Add roughly 2 tablespoons of olive oil, or enough to lightly coat the pasta. Drizzle orange flower honey on top of the pasta, again, enough to lightly coat the pasta. After serving, have each guest drizzle some more honey on their dish and add poppy seeds to taste.
It was amazing and a guaranteed hit.
